A gentle safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks will be at 'Gear 1' and will include optional exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength whilst using poles to improve general fitness and increase join mobility. There are no hills in this session.
Gear 1 - A nice, easy and natural pace that you can do for extended periods with recovery periods where appropriate. Short hills might be introduced.
Gear 2 - A faster pace gained through technique. There will be less recovery time.
Remember to bring your own water and wear appropriate clothes for the weather on the day.
