Walk Description:

Get your weekend off to a good start with our Nordic walk on a Saturday morning.

These sessions are for Lewisham residents and you must have completed a ‘Learn to NW’ course before joining these sessions.

After warming up together we`ll break into smaller groups so you may be with the instructor or a volunteer leader to walk at a pace that suits you.
