Start in Manor House Gardens, then explore the local area on a variety of routes.

These sessions are for Lewisham residents and you must have completed a ‘Learn to NW’ course before joining these sessions.

After warming up together we’ll break into smaller groups, so you may be with the instructor or a volunteer leader to walk at a pace that suits you
