Walk Description:
Tiddenfoot Waterside Park, Leighton Buzzard. This walk is suitable for Wellbeing, Adventure, Workout, Power of Poles and Taster. The area is mostly flat around the lake, but it does have a trim trail to utilise for various exercises. It takes in sections of the Grand Union Canal; it is an ideal walk to practice techniques and drills. There is plenty of wildlife to see all year round on the canal. The walk can also be extended around a larger lake making this walk 10km or 6 miles.
