Walk Description:

The walk leaves the village of East Meon, passed the historic alms house and climbs steeply through the churchyard.  You follow footpaths through the Bereleigh Estate and come out onto a small winding road in the hamlet of Drayton, which crosses a pretty brook.  Halnaker Lane leads you through beech woods and onto a crossroads at the South Downs Way.  The path leads back to Duncoombe Cottage and winds through a wooded area, leading on to farmland and back to East Meon.
