Walk Description:

The Chalke Valley offers the most magical place for you to join us for a Nordic Walk . The countryside ranges from flower meadows and river walks to sweeping hills and valleys, woodland and estate parkland  . The views are fantastic and I have many different walks to share with you .

Please note that you need to be able to walk quite fast for 3 -4 miles plus with hills as we have quite a workout pushing through our poles. Please leave yourself time for the walk to be longer than stated because if its nice weather and we are all enjoying a glorious Nordic Walk we will explore further.

Non strapped pole walkers are welcome but you must have your own poles as I only have strapped Nordic Walking Poles to lend out . 

We always enjoy going into Cranborne Garden Centre after each walk for a coffee , maybe a scone , and a cheeky bit of shopping in their fabulous outdoor plant area or in the beautiful lifestyle shop . 

My walks are countryside walks so waterproof comfortable footwear is a must and as always, bring a drink of water with you and dress for the weather!
