You will need to complete the short medical questionnaire but once you have registered we will be in touch to have a chat and book you in to the FREE sessions with your qualified Instructor.

During the six weeks we will also add poles to makes your walk doubly effective and enable a full body workout plus improve your balance, strength and functional fitness.

Each week we build on walking techniques, distance and pace with an easy-to-follow programme, extra support and motivation along the way.
