The qualified Instructors will help you to enjoy walking at the right pace for you whilst helping you to make the most of every step. They combine the use of poles with exercises that improve posture, fitness and mental health.

Hi my name is Kevin Martin, I have been a Nordic Walking instructor since Apr 2012. I am married with a young family. I enjoy many different types of music and I play the bass guitar. I love being outdoors which is one of the things that excites me about Nordic Walking. It’s great to be able to exercise outside which is proven to have a positive effect on our wellbeing. Nordic Walking has so much to offer, meeting new people, enjoying the great outdoor gym and getting a full body workout. I always feel so much better after a walk and a chat!!
