At WALX Dorset we are always working on how we can help people be more active in a supported environment where they feel SAFE. At the moment we are in Lockdown so we are arranging very local one to one walks for those who are feeling isolated and providing on line exercise classes and some motivating ideas for solo walks for the rest of our group

We are also busy planning for when we can return to make sure we up to date with all guidelines and able to provide safe ways to exercise outdoors. Exercise is an important component in the fight against COVID and we can help you improve your health and fitness levels. We can also help you get back to fitness if you have been hit by the virus and need support to build back up to previous fitness levels (subject to confirmation form your GP that you are ready)
