Our new WALX 6-week lifestyle plan is for all those looking to discover a better version of themselves by harnessing the power of walking, nature and being part of a sociable group.

It is delivered by Janine Lewis, your qualified WALX Master, and the plan offers unlimited WALX with us for 6 weeks plus 1 walk with any other WALX group.

Janine is not a fan of exercise and diets so this is a refreshing approach to age younger, stronger and healthier. Fitness Fun with Friends!

Whether you’ve taken a long break from exercise or you’re just getting started, this six-week program is the perfect place to begin. You’ll establish an exercise routine with simple, straightforward workouts that progress from week to week.

The workouts in a fitness series are pre-planned, scalable, and progressive. They are designed to help you become stronger and more fit each week, supporting you in reaching all your goals and avoiding stagnation.

For the first 6-7 weeks of exercise, you will feel like you are becoming stronger, can tolerate your workout better and recover faster between sessions. However, there are still very few “physical” changes that will be obvious from the surface. 
Six weeks is a short time frame to build muscle, but it can be done as long as you stick to a clean eating plan and focus on the right strength training and cardio exercises. You may have enough time to get lean (about 10-12% body fat) if you’re about 10 to 15 pounds over what you were.
