Given the relentless rainy weather, we can expect an abundance of vibrant growth this spring. On our March walks, we’ll focus on the many shades of lush green that will be emerging around us. Using photographic techniques such as backlighting, strong diagonals, creative use of shadows, and low viewpoints, we’ll explore how to transform simple natural scenes into striking images.

Beyond its visual richness, the colour green offers powerful psychological benefits. Associated with calm, balance, and renewal, green has been shown to reduce stress and promote both  mental and physical wellbeing. 

Rooted in nature it provides the ideal environment for walking, observing and exercising, restoring both body and mind as we create.
