Making a start to fitness

Making a start on improving your health and fitness is not as hard as you may think, its more about doing something with what you already have and taking it a bit further, at first it may be in small stages until your mission to reach your goal, or possibly beyond, which may seem a long way off has been achieved.  Yet you have achieved something already a small step “yes” but you have taken that very small step from thinking about your health and fitness to taking action and by research finding this site and reading this blog. So first step complete.

Second step what advantage do you already have. Well being able to walk from A to B is a distinct advantage so we can take that and make improvements to our posture, balance and flexibility so we can then walk from A to B feeling less tired and with regular practice the distance between them can be increased or walked in a quicker time, and it’s simply putting one foot in front of the other, and doing it with others on the same path makes each step lighter.
