The WALX team are taking their 3 day Festival format on the road and condensing the fun into bite size chunks so people can come for the day. The Wyre Forest near Kidderminster will see the launch of the Discovery Day series followed by a second session in Sherwood Forest in November and several other Forests in 2023.

Mike Rollason MD of WALX says ” People often ask what WALX is all about but it really has to be experienced rather than described, so that’s why our Discovery sessions will be so brilliant! In essence WALX is about getting results from walking. We believe that affordable exercise in the great outdoors with like minded people is a recipe for healthy living. Our qualified Instructors and leaders know how to tailor activity to every individual, provide motivation and progression yet make working out fun too.

For the past 6 years we have been holding 3 day festivals in Dorset, the Peak District and the Lake District and we will be doing all three next year too but we also know some people may struggle to travel or get away overnight so our Discovery Days will bring WALX to you.
