Mondays start with a blast! A fun but challenging session of walking and exercises to get those pulses racing and work up a sweat.
This walk will be at a VERY brisk pace including some good hills for exertion. Please bring paws.

Location Notes:
Meet in the Whitlingham BARN CAFE car park. Please be aware that you must drive PAST this large barn as you come down Whitlingham Lane and then turn in left. It is not the first car park that you meet on this lane. Postcode is NR14 8TS. There are toilets. Parking is £1.20 per hour unless you have a permit but there is also free parking along Whitlingham Lane before entering the park through the gate posts. I WILL MEET YOU UNDER THE BIG OAK TREE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAR PARK.
