Walk Description:

Gentle WALX that incorporate balance work, flexibility and strength exercises. Great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! Our wellbeing Instructors are qualified to deliver WALX for all levels so it’s never too late to take that first step.

We will walk in beautiful woods with good paths to start our session followed by exercises in a glade.

All welcome.

We use a mixture of Smovey's, bands, loops and bean bags, along with trees and a bench. A varied session

which is great fun. Having your poles helps to ahieve so much! There is also an emphesis on balance.

Drive down Casterbridge Rd for about a minute, past a children's play area, go through a narrowing in the

road, park on the right opposite a green. The entrance to the woods is near by.

Toilets at Tesco Ferndown or The Angel pub.

Location Notes:

Road side parking. Green on left where you park. Go past a little play park until road narrows. Please avoid parking in front of driveways.
