Walk Description:
This walk takes you past some surviving parts of the Beaulieu Airfield with some very visible evidence of its WWII past. We`ll enjoy stunning views through the woods and down towards the Woodfidley railway crossing, hopefully seeing deer as this is a particularly popular spot for them. There will be a combination of grass rides, Forest track and cycle paths, depending on the conditions.
Location Notes:
Hawkhill car park. Off of B3055 between Beaulieu and Brockenhurst soon afternoon the bend on the left if you’re coming from Brockenhurst. You can see the car park from the road but you can’t see the name of it.
