Delivered in partnership with WATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL this sociable gentle paced walk makes the most of our beautiful countryside and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.      

Nordic Walking Gear  1 Approximate pace 20+ minute/mile Approximate distance 2 miles Approximate duration 45 minutes Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course or Armchair to Active Course those who are recovering from illness, injury or who haven’t exercised for a while
