Walk Description:

A faster paced Nordic Walk suitable for those wishing to increase their fitness levels. (Gear 2 with bursts of Gear 3).

A stunning circular route following the South Downs way to Kilmeston and heading back along Wayfarer's walk to Holden Farm Cafe where we can have refreshments after the walk.
