This intense paced walk is designed to improve your fitness fast and is a highly energising way to enjoy being active outdoors.

Nordic Walking Gear  3 Approximate pace 15 minute/mile Approximate distance 4 miles Approximate duration 1 hour Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course those who have completed a Power of Poles 2 course and are capable of Gear 3 those who are comfortable with an intense pace
