Walk Description:

This circular walk is takes in woodlands and stunning flower garden trails with historical royal links as we explore the shore line and some of the ancient landscapes close to Windsor Great Park 

You will experience stunning views across the picturesque Virginia Water lake, the Polo grounds & the Obelisk Pond with an opportunity to see wildlife and unique habitats along the way  

We meet at the parking payment machines at the main gate  

If you are not a member, there is a £6 charge to park for up to 2 hours  

Toilets and a cafe are available at the main gate

Location: Virginia Water is part of the Crown Estate which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and a Special Protection Area (SPA) for the Conservation of Wild Birds  

The Estate is a popular location for both films and television drama’s that include Bridget Jones’s Baby, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows as well as Christopher Robin

Enter postcode GU25 4QF into your satnav, the car park is next to the Wheatsheaf Hotel on London Road (A30). The car park is £4 for up to 2 hours.
