Walk Description:
With most of the instructor team at the Purbeck Festival, we are offering our classic Nordic WALX to raise your heart rate. No additional exercises.
This class will push YOUR pace, rather than just being a fast class. Poles required for a total body walking workout!
If you are new to Nordic walking, please get in touch and we can arrange a trial session for you.
Location Notes:
Meet at rear of car park. Free car parking on site - just enter your car registration inside the pub. If car park is full, there is free on-street car parking on surrounding roads. If travelling by public transport, Spaniards Inn is a 1-mile walk from Hampstead Underground Station. The 210 and 310 buses stop by the pub, and run from Archway tube station (12mins) or Golders Green tube station (7mins). Get in touch for more advice on location.
