Walk Description:
Join Paul for this mid-paced 6.75-mile walk starting at Cole Green Station, Letty Green.
This walk is fairly flat and includes a mixture of terrains. It is suited to those who are looking to improve their fitness and can walk at a minimum pace of 3 mph. Walkers without poles are welcome to join this walk.
Walkers are requested to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start time to allow for parking, shoe change, pole adjustment etc, so that the walk can start promptly at the time indicated.
Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and notify us if you have any change to your physical or mental wellbeing. This should include any surgery, injuries or accidents.
Location Notes:
Park in the car park of Cole Green Way Picnic Area, just past the Cowper Arms pub. There are no toilet or refreshment facilities at this location.
