For those who have completed the LTW course, this action packed walk is designed to improve your fitness levels. This session which is paced at varying levels of intensity to suit all levels of ability.

Location Notes:

Thames Chase is a beautiful country park, with 6.4km of all weather paths, a visitor centre, containing a cafe. Meet in the car park. There is a fee of £1 for the day.
