Walk Description:

Depending on preference and fitness level, this flexible walk is for those who would normally book on to our ‘well-being extra’ walk (up to 75 minutes), or for those who might normally book on to our longer, quicker ‘easy adventure’ walk (up to 90 minutes). Starting at, and finishing from, the same place, the walk is there-and-back.  Those finding themselves on the waiting list for the afternoon easy adventure walk may wish to opt for this walk, or choose it anyway if the earlier time-of-day is preferred. Attendees can choose, on the day, which version of the walk to join, consistent with fitness level.
