Join Lucie for a soul-soothing journey through one of Dorset’s most enchanting landscapes. Nestled between ancient woodlands, open heath, and a quiet sandy beach overlooking Poole Bay, RSPB Arne offers a rare opportunity to connect with nature in all its diversity.As September unfolds and the air begins to cool, we’ll explore the subtle transitions of the season—how trees, plants, and wildlife prepare for the months ahead. This workshop invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and attune your senses to the magic of the moment.

Through nature emersion, sensory exploration, and mindful movement, you’ll discover how even damp days can nourish the spirit.

Whether you’re a seasoned nature lover or just beginning your journey, this is a space to deepen your connection, awaken curiosity, and find peace in the wild. There are admission charges to Arne unless you have RSPB membership.
