Walk Description:
Fancy having a go at Nordic Walking? Then why not come along to discover what our special Nordic poles can do for you and your walking and the difference they can make whether that be to improve fitness levels, endurance, speed or to help with balance or mobility issues.
Poles are provided. Please wear trainers or a soft soled shoe if possible. You will need to swing both arms freely so bring a small backpack rather than a shoulder bag for bottled water/medication/phone etc
Meeting up at 9 am to have some beginner tuition near the Shady Lane car park before a short walk through the arboretum.
