Walk Description:

A faster paced Nordic Walk suitable for those wishing to increase their fitness levels. (Gear 2 with bursts of Gear 3)

A varied 5-mile route encompassing the River Itchen , Compton Lock and Shawford.  Returning through Compton with some lovely countryside views.

If time allows and the route is accesible we can stop at the Bridge Cafe for a quick coffee/cake.

 

 

Location Notes:

Park in the layby either side of the road. Free parking.
