Wellness Walk  

This walk is all about improving mobility, improving coordination to help you improve your walking. focus on getting This is a gentle walk and will build confidence to walking.

It is a social walk and is only suitable for those who  do not have the physical fitness to attend other sessions.

It will be at a steady gentle pace with plenty of opportunity to stop and sit if necessary
