Walk Description:

Our Tuesday Zoom session is a 30 minute session, mainly designed to work on strength and cardio vascular fitness.

Join us for a series of exercises which will get your heart rate lifted along with strength exercises for arms, backs, legs, bottoms and abdominals. Work at your own level from the comfort of your own home and with the motivation and encouragement of your fellow participants.

Equipment: dumbbells/ hand weights ( or filled water bottles, fabric conditioner bottles or even tins from the cupboard )

Chair/ bench
