Walk Description:
A faster paced Nordic Walk suitable for those wishing to increase their fitness levels. (Gear 2 with bursts of Gear 3)
A countryside walk taking us north of South Wonston along bridleways running parallel to the disused railway line up to Chilbolton. We pass some lovely views and farmhouses and return via a separate bridleway, back to the car park at the South Wonston Pavilion / recreation ground.
Facilities here include toilets, and our Car boot cafe may also be in operation!
Location Notes:
South Wonston Pavillion is reached once you arrive at South Wonston via Downs Road, turn right into W Hill Road South and then drive along into the Pavillion car park.
