Walk Description:
Very Gentle WALX is ideal if you’re easing back into activity, living with a health condition, or simply prefer a slower pace to stay active for life.
This welcoming session helps you build confidence moving outdoors at a comfortable level, while enjoying fresh air, gentle exercise and light-hearted company.
Please bring your NT membership cards with you to show in reception. If you are not a member please declare to your Instructor or Walk leader as there is a nominal fee that we give to the NT.
Join us for a drink in the restaurant after the walk.
