Walk Description:

Celebrate the start of 2026!

 

This walk includes gentle exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength. Poles give enhanced stability and a fun factor to exercise.

  

Toilets are strategically placed all round the reservoir.

 

Lunch is available in the cafeteria afterwards.
