Walk Description:

Get your fitness back  Join us for an explorer walk where easy paths along country lanes or through fields are combined with steep up/down hill paths   Following the ‘Power of Poles intro Course’, this walk provides you with an opportunity to increase your speed, while maintaining the proper technique.

  This walk is ideal for those who want to improve their fitness and health, whilst being outdoors in a beautiful setting  Using gears 1 and 2, walking 3- 4 miles

  Please bring a flask with hot drink for after the walk.

Please note, there are no toilet facilities

From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.
