Walk Description:

Join us this festive season for a heart-warming Elf Training Walk at Upton Country Park — a gentle, good-humoured outing designed especially for those who prefer a slower pace.

Our mission? To get Santa’s helpers moving well and feeling merry! Together, we’ll take a relaxed stroll through the park, with a sprinkle of “Elf training” along the way — simple balance challenges, gentle mobility moves, and a few fun festive exercises to keep us warm and smiling.

This walk is all about walking well, moving confidently, and enjoying good company in the fresh air. Expect laughter, light-hearted tasks, and a touch of Christmas sparkle — you might even earn your official Elf Fitness Badge by the end!

After the walk we will join together for refreshments in the Education Centre. Price includes refreshments. Paynent is non refundable after Saturday 6 December and bookings will close that day.
