Walk Description:

These sessions bring a slower pace and a little extra focus on walking mindfully, noticing how your body feels and breathing more effectively. 

You can chat with other walkers along the way, or simply enjoy some quiet time outdoors if you prefer. These walks are as much about clearing your mind as they are about keeping active.

 

Location Notes:

Free parking. We will meet in the car park that is accessed via Valley Prospect. Toilets are available at Rumbles cafe and we will make our way there during the session.
