Walk Description:

A gentler, sociable walk at a pace suitable for those building their fitness levels and who prefer a more accommodating walking pace.

Walking is on mixed terrain so you'll need a good grip on your shoes. Walking on uneven ground is a great way to improve walking balance, but if you prefer walking only on paved surfaces, you may want to consider our Mellow Monday class.
