It is ideal for improving your hill technique and your overall fitness for a future challenge or event.

During this session maintaining a cardio output, drills to improve your strength and stamina will be part of the session.

 

This is a moderate strenuous demanding session, for those who have a good baseline level of fitness and are looking for something more demanding
