Walk Description:

A great way to stretch your legs and exercise your whole body after work, with the sociability and safety of exercising in a group. You'll need a headtorch in the winter months.

We vary the routes for these slightly gentler-paced walks - we aim for this to be an invigorating end to your day. If you are looking to be challenged more vigorously but don't want to run, take a look at our Tuesday and Thursday evening classes.
