Walk Description:

This is a friendly and popular Nordic walking Group for those who have completed a Power of Poles induction  course. We explore the forest trails in Delamere Forest and  coverig 4-5km (2.5 - 3 miles) in the hour. 

 Clothing should be appropriate for weather conditonsith hats and gloves in cold conditions  and sunhats in hot weather.  Shoes should be flat with a flexible sole if possible.

 

 Please bring a drink and any medication you may need , your mobile phone in a small rucsac.
