Walk Description:
Starting out from the car park by the visitor centre, the walk heads across the deer park and down towards Studley Roger. Walking through the village, the route then passes Plumpton Hall, then down through woodland and into National Trust property and the Valley of the Seven Bridges. Following the course of the River Skell (the river can disappear in dry times into ‘swallow holes’ in the limestone rocks), the route then heads up towards Studley Lake and the car park. Join us for refreshments at the Visitor Centre cafe!
