Walk Description:

Power of poles, also known as total body walking, is a form of walking that uses specially designed poles to involve both the upper and lower body. By actively pushing the poles behind the body while walking, more muscles are engaged compared to regular walking. This type of exercise improves posture, coordination, balance, and overall fitness while remaining low impact and is suitable for different ability levels.
