Walk Description:

 Wellness Functional fitness is just one of the Total Body WALX session  Lower Impact sessions are graded as easy with the focus on improving cardio. Exercises for core strength, arms and legs are incorporated into these sessions. Improving core strength will help with balance enabling you to walk with better posture, and therefore reducing impact on knees.
