Walk Description:
A 9 mile loop exploring the Manifold Valley starting at Ilam Park National Trust. Along the way we will walk through Musden Wood, past the remains of Throwley Hall, over Weag's Bridge and return via Castern Hall.
Taking around 4.5-5 hours to complete this walk, please bring drinks and snacks for along the way. We will be covering 1400ft/450m of elevation.
There is the option to have a well deserved lunch after the walk at the NT tearoom.
Paid parking at NT or free parking in the village where available.
