Walk Description:

The pace is steady but manageable and exercises are adaptable to suit your level. You’ll stretch, strengthen and move mindfully, all while enjoying the fresh air and the company of fellow walkers. Each session leaves you feeling more capable, energised and ready to take on your day.

Location Notes:

Free parking. We will meet in the car park that is accessed via Valley Prospect. Toilets are available at Rumbles cafe and we will make our way there during the session.
