Walk Description:

From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.

Poles are optional on an Open WALX - if you would like to try some poles please contact me in advance.

Today's Walk: Inkpen Village Circular

A walk around the pathways and lanes of Inkpen. Chance to see the crocus field at Inkpen Common as well as other spring flowers.

Pace & Intensity: Fairly moderate paced walk suitable for most abilities.

Gradient: A few undulations.

Miles: This walk is around 4-5 miles.

Notes: Park in the Crown and Garter car park but use the spaces next to the container which are actually part of the bridleway.

We can have a coffee and pastry or something more substantial after the walk.

Toilets are available in the pub.

Walk may be muddy - please wear suitable footwear.

Location Notes:

Please park responsibly in the pub overflow car park or on the lanes adjacent to the pub. The parking as you enter the pub on the right along the wall is public, then choose the parking by the container along the fence. PLEASE CAR SHARE ON THIS LOCATION AS PARKING IS VERY LIMITED.
