Join us and learn how to use poles to turn walking into a total body exercise. Also ideal for thoes wanting to review their technique and get the most from using poles.

Get the most from using poles for walking fitness whether you are looking to improve posture, aerobic fitness or to tone up in your own time, or you want to join any of our 20 weekly sociable, outdoor classes.

This Power of Poles induction introduces you to the use of WALX Total Body Walking poles and traditional Nordic walking poles so you can walk in your own time or join our regular, social classes. We focus on your aims so you get the most from this session - you will learn the basics of using poles to achieve your goals whether for health, fitness or sociality. We all move differently, learn differently and have different interests, and this workshop takes all this into account - we make it work for you!
