Walk Description:

Join Chris for a yoga "pop-up" session at Badbury Rings.

Hopefully the bluebells will be flowering in High Wood.

Following a walk we will do some stretching followed by yoga poses, all in standing.

After a short relaxtion with some breath work we will return on a different route back from the Rings.

The poses are strengthening for the legs and excellent for balance.

This session is for anyone, no prior knowledge of yoga is required. You can use your poles to help

balance during the asanas (poses).

This session is to give you a flavour of yoga in a beautiful location.

There are no facilities here. The parking is National Trust and a ticket can be obtained at the

machine which is not always working. This session is around 60 to 75 mins.

Nearest toilets are at Pamphill Farm shop/cafe which also has some other interesting shops so

worth a visit.

Also nearby is Kingston Lacy House and gardens (NT)

Location Notes:

The Badbury Rings Main Car Park is at the end of a gravel road. There is a sign post for the car park on the Blandford Road. The car park is free for National Trust members, otherwise charges apply.
