Nordic Walking at Tiddenfoot Waterside Park  Wellbeing • Total Body Walking • Sociable Fitness • Friendship Join us at Tiddenfoot Waterside Park, Leighton Buzzard for a friendly and inclusive group fitness walking session, designed for everyone—from complete beginners to experienced walkers. This is the perfect introduction to WALX Total Body Walking (Nordic Walking), combining wellbeing walking, fitness, and social connection in a relaxed and supportive outdoor environment. The Walk Experience Set around the beautiful lake at Tiddenfoot, this mostly flat route provides an accessible and enjoyable total body walking workout, making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels. We can also include:  Light strength and mobility exercises Technique coaching (posture, pole use, rhythm) Gentle progression at your own pace As we walk, we take in sections of the Grand Union Canal, offering a calm waterside setting where you can enjoy nature, fresh air, and wildlife all year round. From the very first session, you’ll notice the friendly, sociable atmosphere, where conversation flows easily and everyone is made to feel welcome.

Drive to the very end of Mentmore Road, past the school and leisure centre, the car park is on the left.
