Walk Description:
All are very welcome whether you are new to Nordic walking or have been walking with Nordic poles for ages! The walk will be along pavements with a few small roads to cross and then along a quiet tarmac road for some wonderful views over to Houghton on one side and Keyham and beyond on the other!
Refreshments will be on offer at both the local church and the pub afterwards.
Flat walking shoes or a pair of trainers are best and a small back pack to carry any items you wish to bring (e.g. bottle of water) as both arms need to be able to swing freely.

Car parking, toilet facilities and refreshments are available at The White House, Scraptoft Lane, Scraptoft. Meet opposite in Edith Cole Park near the gate located at the top of Scraptoft Lane by the mini-roundabout.
