Walk Description:

Total Body Walking™ Fitness is a dynamic outdoor session designed to boost your fitness, strength, and energy levels while making the most of the beautiful surroundings of Wareham Forest.

Using Total Body WALX poles, this session combines walking with targeted upper body work, helping you engage your whole body not just your legs. Expect a varied, action-packed hour including steady-paced walking, strength exercises, technique coaching, and short bursts of speed work.

Sessions are designed to suit mixed abilities, with options to work at your own pace while still feeling challenged. You’ll build cardiovascular fitness, improve posture and mobility, and leave feeling stronger and more energised.

Set within the peaceful forest environment, it’s a great way to start your day fresh air, great company, and a workout that really makes every step count.

Plenty of free parking, Please note there are no toilets here

Location Notes:

Take the Bere Regis road from Wareham. Travel for about 1 mile, as you leave the outskirts of Wareham look for the sign to the Sika Trail Car Park on the right-hand side. Alternatively if you are you are coming from Bakers arms roundabout head towards Wareham on the A351. At the Holton Heath roundabout, Sandford roundabout and the Morden Road roundabout continue straight on. AT the next roundabout take the 2nd exit right and then at the bottom of the hill roundabout (which is at the back of the railway crossing) also second exit right onto the Bere Road. Continue for approximately 1 mile through the residential area and beyond the 50 mph limit. You will see a sign on the left to the Sika Trail Car Park which is just 100m past the sign on the right hand side of the road.
